imageData Group Secures A Place on the Government Procurement Service’s Print Services Framework Agreement (RM1687)
19th June 2012imageData Group is one of a number of print suppliers who will be working closely with GPS to provide general operational print services to the Wider Public Sector, which allows any WPS customer to access the Framework Agreement including: local government; NHS; fire and rescue services; police forces; educational establishments and charities, amongst others.
Under the terms of the Framework Agreement imageData Group will provide a wide range of general, office and marketing print services including forms, reports, brochures, leaflets, pamphlets, flyers, business cards, office stationery and marketing literature. The Framework Agreement is initially for two-years with the option to extend for a further two years.
The WPS Print Services Framework Agreement was initiated to enable users, with no prior expertise to buy print easily, at the best possible price, resulting in real cost savings. The Framework also has the flexibility to allow WPS customers to buy anything from one-off small print runs to setting up large multi-year contracts for all of their print requirements.
Helen Birkin, Managing Director of imageData Group's Public Services Division, public-iD is looking forward to working with GPS in realising its operational print ambitions: "We are absolutely thrilled to have been included in the WPS Framework Agreement. imageData Group created a public services division six years ago to concentrate solely on the needs of the public sector and we have a lot of expertise to offer. Our team of dedicated public sector print experts will be on hand to guide WPS customers through their print projects every step of the way. Our aim is to provide a flexible and cost-effective service to WPS customers with transparency and total accountability."
Government Procurement Service is an executive agency of the Cabinet Office. Their overall priority is to provide procurement savings for the UK Public Sector as a whole. For full Framework Agreement details please visit: http://gps.cabinetoffice.gov.uk/contracts/rm1687
