Winners of Northwest Tourism Oscars Revealed

On 24th October 2006 the cream of the Northwest region's tourism industry gathered at the new Manchester Hilton Hotel, in the city's soaring Beetham Tower for the third annual England's Northwest Tourism Awards. The event, organised by the Northwest Regional Development Agency (NWDA), was attended by tourism businesses and officials from across the region.
Case bound nomination books and menu cards were produced at imageData Group's Hull site and account managed by public-iD.
public-iD won a four year framework agreement for the Northwest Regional Development Agency which started in August.
Regional Development Agencies are Government-sponsored public bodies, set up to help improve the quality of life and economic prosperity in the English regions.
The Northwest Regional Development Agency is responsible for Cumbria, Manchester, Merseyside, Lancashire and Cheshire and is one of 9 RDAs in England. It leads the economic development and regeneration of England's Northwest.
